Another Happy Bride-to-be!

Good Morning!

I've just got into work and found this lovely email in my inbox:
"Hi Leah,

May I take this opportunity to thank you and your colleagues for providing such a wonderful evening for my hen night. I had such an amazing time and wouldn't have changed it for the world! All of the staff were brilliant and made me feel so special, particularly Dan who went out of his way to ensure our enjoyment in the most professional manner.

Once again, may I personally thank yourself and Wendie for all your help throughout the organisational process of my weekend

Kind Regards,

Dawn"

Dawn has recently had her Hen Night at Bistro Live Milton Keynes, on Hen Package 3. This includes 1 night's stay at the hotel in Milton Keynes, 2 amazing beauty treatments and of course the night out at Bistro Live!

So, where to start?

Whether you are planning your own hen night or you are planning it for somebody else, there are so many different things to consider, so you're going to need a checklist to make sure that nothing is forgotten!

Hen Checklist

- Make a list of people to invite

- Decide on what type of activity would be best for all of the guests- bear in mind that there will be different age groups and tastes!

- Select a location that is easily accessible for the whole party, and if people have to travel try and find somewhere that offers a hotel package

- Make enquiries and provisional bookings

- Create and send out invites- if a deposit is required, make sure you collect this with the RSVP and put a clear deadline on the invites.

- Give out your contact details so that you can answer any queries about directions, accommodation, etc

- Make sure that everyone knows exactly how much it will cost, and let them know how and when payment should be made.

- Prebook everything where possible, especially if there is a large number in your party! If you can, find a pre-pay venue so there is no worries about money on the night.-

- Make sure that everyone knows exactly where you're meeting

- Give out your mobile number to all guests in case of any last minute queries

- Arrange transport beforehand to avoid hassle on the night!
